Staff Development Consultant Interviews

Dear colleagues

On Tuesday 24 September we will be interviewing for two Staff Development Consultant posts. As part of their day they are asked to do a mini-workshop on a topic of their choice. These might include performance management, customer care, coaching, change management, leadership skills. We like to provide candidates with a real live audience of Brookes staff.

This is a great opportunity to experience a range of short ‘taster’ staff development sessions, and to feed into the appointment decisions.

The workshops will be in the OCSLD Training Room at the Wheatley Campus and will be in two groups: 9.00 – 12.30 and 12.45 – 3.30. A lunch voucher will be provided!

I understand that this is Week 1 and so a busy week. Please could you let me know if you are able to join us, and whether for the morning, afternoon or both.

Do forward this invitation to other colleagues who might be interested.
