SESE Consultation goes live

The current Strategy for Enhancing the Student Experience (SESE) covers the time period 2010-2015. In preparation for revising the strategy for 2015 and beyond, we are undertaking a review of the SESE.

We are hoping for involvement from a wide variety of Brookes staff and students through:
– timed, moderated online discussions
– focus groups
– collection of information about your projects
– comments on the emerging SESE review document
The review is being led by Ian Scott, Associate Dean Student Experience FHLS, supported by Rhona Sharpe, Head of OCSLD, and Tom Smith, VP Academic Experience, Students’ Union.
You can find details on all of these activities at
The first online discussion takes place 11 – 21 October 2013, around the commitment in the SESE to developing ‘a challenging, relevant and internationalised curriculum’. The discussion will be led by Brian Marshall, Associate Dean Student Experience for HSS.
Please join us in the discussion if you can.
Feel free to forward this invitation to other colleagues.
